Every few months we like to do a nice diet reset, which typically means that we walk back extra sugar, dairy, and other potential food allergens for a few days.
Our three-day summer reset is all organic, uniquely designed and prepared with love to create a brilliant mini detox. Every meal is clean, deliciously nourishing, and easy to pack for a work lunch.
This program is simple. We’ve eliminated all the usual suspects (gluten, dairy, corn, sugar, alcohol, and caffeine), and it’s mostly vegetarian, save for some bone broth.
Here’s the basic routine: Every morning, start with a probiotic-rich tonic and bone broth. Lunch is a big chopped salad and midafternoon snack on a grain-free granola bar. Dinner is an easy puréed soup. Just before bed, drink a warming cup of Inner Peace Tonic.

Farmers’ Market Chopped Salad

This is a perfect salad-jar lunch it’s packed with hearty veggies for a super satisfying crunch, and the creamy ginger cashew dressing pulls it all together.
Lunch Day Three-
Balsamic Lentil Salad
We love this combination of raw and roasted vegetables. It has such great texture and the balsamic Dijon lentils are perfectly tangy against the sweet blistered tomatoes.
Dinner Day One-
Golden Summer Soup
This soup is perfectly savory and sweet with red bell peppers, carrots, and sweet potatoes. The flavors and textures are so comforting

Creamy Coconut & Veggie Soup
Not only is it a beautiful green color, but this soup tastes even better than it looks.
Dinner Day Three-
Caribbean Black Bean Soup
This soup is rich and aromatics. The savory onion and cumin balance perfectly with slightly sweet coconut milk, black beans, fresh cilantro, and jalapeño.
Before Bed Each Night-
Inner Peace Tonic
Gynostemma is a long-revered longevity tea from Japan, similar to ginseng. Combined with adaptogenic herbs, almond milk, and a date for some sweetness, it tastes fantastic and is especially soothing right before bed.

Can I purchase items with another currency?

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?
E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the U.S.
How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?
We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.
How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
