Choose between our Cleanse Plans, Macro Meals, Meals for the Week and Weekend (or a combination of both). All of our meals are always gluten & dairy free!
Cleanse Plans - Our Cleanse Plans include Whole 30 (We use only wholesome ingredients, hearty proteins and a wide variety of organic vegetables. Meal come in certified compostable containers that are both oven and microwave safe)
Anti Inflammatory Cleanse (focuses on consuming foods that are known to reduce inflammation in the body. By reducing inflammation, this diet can help improve overall health and prevent certain chronic diseases)
Liquid Cleanse (Cleansing is an opportunity to enhance your health, recalibrate your body, detoxify your digestive system, boost your immune system, enhance your energy and mental clarity, clear skin, drop weight and feel better)
Macro Meals - Our Wellness Menu combines lean animal proteins with powerful plant nutrients & superfoods - in balanced portion sizes that are great for everyone.
Meals for the Week and Weekend - Choose from our Breakfasts, Lunches, Dinners, Snacks and various sides.
Schedule meals for 3, 4, 5 or 7 days per week and select which meals you need each day.
Order by Thursday night at 3pm to receive meals for the following Monday and Tuesday night at 3pm to receive meals for the following Friday.

Your meals are sourced & prepared from the freshest ingredients available, made locally in our Mercer Island commercial kitchen.
The weekly Chef’s Menu is created by our Head Chefs, founders & Mother Daughter Team - Tamara & Keeley - each week and is available to review a week in advance. We can work around various dietary restrictions to ensure that you enjoy every meal!
Our private commercial kitchen is 100% gluten and dairy free.

Please place a regular sized cooler with ice or cooling packs to receive your meals.
Meals are delivered in recyclable bags WITHOUT cooling gel packs
We transport food at 34 degrees and drop off at your residence between 3am & 8am. If you leave a cooler for us, your food will be placed in that. 
Remove any inner condiment containers and transfer meals to a microwave safe dish, microwave for 1 1⁄2 - 2 minutes or until hot

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, transfer meals to an oven safe dish, and bake for 3-4 minutes.
