When will my order be delivered?

Orders will be delivered to closest delivery day unless otherwise written in notes of delivery day you want instead.

(Example: you order meals on Monday at 4:45pm, you will receive meals on Friday morning / you place an order on Thursday at 1:30 PM you will receive meals on Monday)

When do I pick up my order?

Pick ups are Mondays and Fridays between 9 am and 11am.
You will receive a personal notification when your meals are ready for pick up.

How do I order?

Monday Delivery

Orders need to be placed by 3pm on Tuesday for the following Monday Delivery.

Friday Delivery

Orders need to be placed by 3pm Tuesday for Friday delivery.

How do I reheat my meals?

Containers are 100% Compostable and are not microwave safe- after removing condiment cup (if there is one) place meal in a microwave safe container or transfer to plate and heat for 2-3 minutes and enjoy.

Containers are 100% Compostable and are not oven safe- to heat in oven, transfer to oven safe dish and preheat oven to 325, heat for 10-15 minutes or until desired temperature.

Please rinse and compost!

What do I do with the containers when I am done?

The containers are compostable so please rinse them out and compost if you are able.

Can I customize my order?

Absolutely! Just add dietary restrictions to your client file. 

Where are your meals prepared?

All Whisk & Wellness meals are prepared at our private commercial kitchen on Mercer Island.
